Complete the form below and once we verify you are somewhere on our GPS Team we will add you to Rotator.

Make sure your DDC back-office profile is complete and your payment processor is set up and ready to receive payments or leave on default and have the company collect payments for you (Recommended).  If you're using PayPal.  You must upgrade to a Business or a Premiere account or you will not be able to accept payments from the rotator sign ups, and will be removed without notice.

If you haven't joined all levels levels through your back office for maximum earning potential, do so ASAP.     (highly recommended)
